Start Your Bespoke Journey
No two bespoke fine jewellery projects are ever the same. To begin your journey with us, simply visit us in store or complete the form below to speak with one of our jewellers.
They will by asking questions about your jewellery vision, and appraise any diamonds, gemstones or sentimental metals you would like to include. From there they will determine whether your bespoke jewellery should be designed traditionally in our workshop, or digitally via CAD. If you're including new diamonds and gemstones, we will source those from our network of trusted suppliers. And of course, they will outline how your jewellery will be made, and roughly how long this will take.

Do I need to book an appointment to discuss bespoke fine jewellery with you?
Not at all. Simply visit our showroom when it is convenient for you, and a member of our team will discuss all of the available options. To ensure we can gather as much information as possible about your bespoke piece, please allow a minimum of 45 minutes.
How much will it cost?
A bespoke fine jewellery project can range from £100 to over £10,000. It really depends on the metals and gemstones used, in addition to how complex it is to make. During your design discussion with your dedicated jeweller they will discuss all of the available options, and how to bring your jewellery vision to life within your budget.
I have gold and/or gemstones I would like to use. Is this possible?
Absolutely. It's always a pleasure to work with sentimental pieces of jewellery, and to give them a new lease of life. Our goldsmiths can melt gold and platinum to include in your piece, and we can incorporate gemstones. Simply bring them along when you visit us in-store and our jewellers will appraise them for you.
How long does it take?
The design process can take 1-2 weeks. Once you have approved your design, we expect your bespoke fine jewellery to be ready to collect in 6-12 weeks, dependent on the complexity of your design.
Do you take a design deposit?
No, we don't take any payment from you until you are happy with your design and ready to proceed to manufacture.
