Watch Maintenance

We offer a wide range of specialist watch maintenance and repair services to help you keep your timepiece ticking. Managed by a team of in-house horologists (watch specialists), we undertake basic repairs and maintenance in-house. Where our team cannot carry out the work, we liaise with manufacturer workshops and expert horologists on your behalf to ensure it's worked on by the most appropriate person.

Our Services

  • Watch Maintenance

    Our in-house horologist (watch specialist) is able to undertake a number of simple watch maintenance services, in addition to minor repairs. This includes, but is not exclusive to:

    • Battery replacements
    • Bracelet alterations and replacement straps
    • Ultrasonic cleaning
    • Glass replacements

  • Watch Servicing

    To keep your timepiece ticking we recommend having your watch serviced every 4-6 years to maintain its proper function. 

    • We have accounts with manufacturers including Omega, Longines, Tissot, Tag Heuer, Raymond Weil, Rotary, Seiko and more, and can arrange for your watch to be serviced with them.
    • In some instances we may send it to an independent watch specialist to be serviced, particularly if it is a vintage.

  • Repairs and Restoriations

    Our knowledge of watches means that we are able to draw on the best expertise to get your timepiece ticking again. If you have a watch which is damaged or broken we can:

    • Provide you with an estimate
    • Reach out to our network of independent horologists to ensure it is repaired by the most skilled person 
    • Oversee its repair or restoration, including a thorough inspection by our in-house experts
